1. App usage

By installing and using Skei, you agree to use the app responsibly and in accordance with applicable laws. You must not attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or misuse the app in any way.

2. Local data storage

Skei stores all your financial data (transactions, categories, notes) locally on your device, or in your personal iCloud account if iCloud synchronization is enabled. We operate no servers or databases that receive or process your financial data.

The app sends anonymous, aggregated usage analytics to TelemetryDeck (our analytics provider) to help us improve the app. These analytics do not include any of your financial data or personally identifiable information. For details, see our Privacy Policy.

3. Limitation of liability

The app is provided "as is" without any warranties. We are not liable for any damage, loss of data, or other issues arising from the use of the app. Use the app at your own risk.

4. Updates

Updates may be provided to improve functionality or fix bugs. By updating the app, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
